Description

  • Team leader of the consortium of four Non-Governmental Organizations involved in the execution of the ASPPA project to strengthen the capacities of members of rice cooperatives with a view to professionalization.
  • Training of more than 300 local animators; organization and facilitation of training workshops in economic and social marketing, management, accounting, planning, development of action plans, structuring of groups of young people by production sector.
  • Training of young people as marketing agents and huller dispatchers.
  • Organization of youth groups to create and manage their rice farms
  • Organization of groups and training in grouped selling.
  • Linking with credit savings cooperatives and follow-up for loans for allocation to members for their pressing needs and keeping products to sell at the right time.
