Description
Coordination of a team of six resource persons and sixty inhabitants selected from the sub-districts of Manda to carry out an environmental study for three days using the “participatory rural appraisal” method.
Development of the community action plan which highlighted three priorities: a community hall, classrooms and shares. The community hall was built thanks to the co-financing of the European Union and the contribution of the inhabitants.
Report of the PRA which was the decisive element in the realization of the subsidy.
