• Identification and diagnosis of grassroots community organizations (OCB)
• Identification and diagnosis of youth groups
• Orientation and training of young people and structuring in groups by sector.
• Training and guidance of adults in different trades likely to train young people in their various workshops.
• Structuring parent groups
• Organization of coordination meetings
• Contact with those in charge of various youth projects and lobby for their admission into existing programs according to the choice of young people.
• Working in collaboration with Social Affairs, Basic Education, Youth and Physical Education.
• Establishment of birth certificates for young people who do not have one to facilitate the establishment of birth certificates.
